Literary Inspirations

In a community where youngsters usually follow the time-tested, tradition-honoured path to enterprise, Prerna Gupta interestingly has done a volte-face, meandering away from a marketing and PR stint in the family firm to pursue her long-time passion of writing. A scion of the well-known Liberty Group—she is the daughter of Adarsh Gupta, Promoter & Director, Liberty Shoes Ltd—Gupta could one day well revert to an entrepreneurial career based on any of her other passions—education, technology, healthcare and social awareness. But for the time being, she seems firmly entrenched with the task of completing a couple of books that she has been lately working on.
