With nine out of 10 people having health insurance in Rajasthan, it has emerged as the top state in health insurance in the country. According to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, the state was a high performer because of the facility of health insurance of `10 lakh available for all citizens of Rajasthan under the R3500 crore Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojana.
